Up in these mountains Fleming had Bond check into the "Blue Hills Hotel" several times in the novels.

Blue Mountain Inn

Kingstonians don't recall such a place, but agree Fleming was probably euphemising the Blue Mountain Inn, which was a hotel and restaurant in those days, though now has shed its lodgings.
