I am the Owner of Strong Mind Strong Will Fitness. Before starting my company, I worked as a personal trainer for LA Fitness, worked as a rehab tech with ATI Physical therapy and a master trainer with VIDA Fitness. During that time I expanded my knowledge and understanding of human movement, rehab/prehab exercises, and the principles to build a successful program that promotes mental and physical growth in all clients. Currently, I hold over 5 different certifications from accredited organizations such as American Counsel on Exercise, Functional Movement Systems, TRX, etc. I have privately trained over 200 people since starting my business in 2018. I learned first hand that training is about more than refining your body - it's about lifestyle reform. The mind and body works in tandem. Support one, and it will enrich the other. Now more than ever, we need to build our endurance, immunity, and sense of self.
