Despite not being the number one option for four seasons in Indianapolis, as he was behind perennial wideout TY Hilton, Moncrief still managed to exceed over 300 yards in each season, including reaching 744 yards his second season. Last season Moncrief enjoyed a breakout year in his first season in Jacksonville, recording 48 receptions for 668 yards and three touchdowns.

The question is still out there whether or not Moncrief could become a legitimate number one option on an NFL team, but with the Redskins also looking for a true number one receiver, Moncrief might show himself to be worth the Redskins time.
