Fans, Media Greet Team At Redskins Park

As the Redskins' team buses arrived back at Redskins Park on Sunday night, returning from Philadelphia following the 31-20 win over the Eagles, about 30 fans were outside to greet coaches, players and staff.

Fans sang "Hail to the Redskins" as the team buses passed by, heading to the front entrance of the training facility.

Several players gave fans a high five and others honked their car horns as they drove by the cheering crowd. Head coach Joe Gibbs immediately went over to the fans and started shaking hands and signing autographs.

"Can I hug you, coach?" one fan asked.

Gibbs laughed, and obliged.

Several television news outlets were on hand as well.

"I want to say a big thanks to our fans for all they did for us to get here," Gibbs said. "I feel humbled and really thankful. The Lord has blessed us with a great bunch of guys."
