Wide receiver Jamison Crowder's first touchdown came about as easy, and certainly as fortuitous, as they come. It was memorable nonetheless.
Midway through the second quarter of the Redskins' 31-13 victory over the Ravens, Crowder and wide receiver Andre Roberts ran crossing routes. Before nearly colliding with each other, quarterback Kirk Cousins' pass deflected off Roberts.
Crowder, escaping the momentary confusion, watched the easy floater into his hands and walked into the end zone.
The 22-yard completion made the NFL's Top 5 catches of the week. Not a bad first game and highlight for a rookie.
