Redskins and USAA to Host Practice at Joint Base Andrews on Friday, August 28th*

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – USAA and the Washington Redskins are inviting service members stationed at Joint Base Andrews to watch team practice on Friday, Aug. 28.

As the Redskins make their annual visit to the base, military members in attendance will have the opportunity to watch practice from the sidelines and meet players at the conclusion of practice. Players will sign autographs and interact with service personnel at this time.

11:30 a.m.       Media call time

12:15 p.m.       Team departs Redskins Park

1:05 p.m. Team arrives at JBA 2:10 p.m. Team departs JBA

As part of its broader relationship as Official Military Appreciation Sponsor, this is one of the many events in the Washington, D.C. area that USAA and the Redskins have created to foster understanding and appreciation for the local military community.
