- No. 40 CB Kenny Okoro
- No. 67 G Josh LeRibeus
- No. 69 OL Rishaw Johnson
- No. 79 DL Travian Robertson
- No. 85 WR Leonard Hankerson
- No. 90 LB Steve Beauharnais
- No. 53 Jackson Jeffcoat is expected to start in place of Murphy at outside linebacker.
- No. 72 Stephen Bowen is expected to start in place of Hatcher at defensive end.
The Cowboys declared the following players as inactive:
- No. 10 QB Dustin Vaughan
- No. 23 S Jakar Hamilton
- No. 55 LB Rolando McClain
- No. 56 LB Dekoda Watson
- No. 68 T Doug Free
- No. 71 T Donald Hawkins
- No. 95 DT Josh Brent
- No. 59 Anthony Hitchens is expected to start in place of McClain at middle linebacker.
- No. 51 Kyle Wilber is expected to start in place of Hitchens at weakside linebacker.
