The entire Washington, D.C., area was blanketed with snow Monday, meaning kids (and some adults) got to enjoy a "snow day."
Some prefer to stay inside, keep warm, make hot chocolate and flip on Netflix. Others, mostly the youngsters that want to stay active, put on their coats and boots, grab their sleds and make the day count for something.
So, our quest was simple.
