A list of stats and notes from the Washington Redskins' 20-15 loss to the Green Bay Packers, presented by BDO by the Numbers, as compiled by Redskins Public Relations.

OFFENSE:

  • The Redskins had 18 first downs. It is their first back-to-back game of at least 18 first downs since Week 2-Week 3.
  • Quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. threw for 170 yards on 16-of-27 passing with a touchdown.
  • Haskins Jr.'s 16 completions are the second most of his career [19, Week 11]. 
  • Running Back Adrian Peterson had 76 yards on 20 carries and one touchdown.
  • Peterson [14,036] now has over 14,000 rushing yards and is one-of-six backs to reach that mark in NFL history. 
  • Peterson [16,357] is now No. 12 on the NFL's all-time scrimmage yardage list, passing Tony Dorsett [16,293].
  • Peterson has 1,975 yards against the Packers, behind only Hall of Famers Barry Sanders [2,059] and Walter Payton [2,484].
  • Peterson has 16 rushing touchdowns against the Packers, second most all-time behind Payton [19].
  • Peterson now has eight rushing touchdowns at Lambeau Field, the most by any opposing player in NFL history.
  • Running Back Derrius Guice carried the ball five times for 42 yards [8.3 yards avg.].
  • Guice ripped off a 23-yard run in the second quarter, his third 20+ yard run in the last two weeks.
  • Running Back Chris Thompson had seven catches for 43 yards. His seven catches tie a season high.
  • Thompson [205] now has over 200 receptions, the third back in franchise history to reach that mark [Larry Brown, 238; Brian Mitchell, 232].
  • Wide Receiver Terry McLaurin posted 57 yards on four catches with a touchdown.
  • McLaurin's six touchdown receptions this season ties the second most by a rookie in franchise history [Hugh Taylor, 1947; Chris Cooley, 2004].
  • McLaurin now has eight 50+ yard receiving games, tying a franchise record for a rookie.
  • McLaurin recorded his eighth four-plus reception game, one of four rookies to do so in franchise history.
  • Wide Receiver Steven Sims Jr. had four receptions for 40 yards, which is a career high in yards.
  • Wide Receiver Kelvin Harmon hauled in a 30-yard reception. He is averaging 14.8 yards per catch over the last four games [177 yards on 12 catches].
  • Right Guard Brandon Scherff started his 65th career game.

DEFENSE:

  • The Redskins finished with four sacks and have nine straight games with at least two sacks, tying their fourth longest streak of all-time. It is their longest streak since Week 4-Week 13 of the 1995 season.
  • The Redskins have at least four sacks in three straight games for the first time since Week 15-Week 17 of the 2015. It is tied for their five-longest streak in franchise history.
  • The Redskins have recovered a fumble in four straights games.
  • Defensive Tackle Jonathan Allen finished the game with five solo tackles.
  • Defensive Tackle Matt Ioannidis posted three solo tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack and one quarterback hit.
  • Ioannidis has a new single-season career high in sacks [8.5] and has 20.5 in his career.
  • Defensive Tackle Daron Paynerecorded three solo tackles, one sack, one tackle for loss and one quarterback hit.
  • Linebacker Ryan Kerrigan recorded one tackle, one tackle for loss, one sack and one quarterback hit.
  • Kerrigan [90.0] is 1.5 sacks away from passing Dexter Manley [91.0] as the all-time franchise leader. Kerrigan is now top 50 all-time in sacks in NFL history [No. 48].
  • Linebacker Cole Holcomb registered seven tackles (six solo) and added two tackles on special teams.
  • Holcomb is the first Redskins rookie to post 80 tackles in a season since LaRon Landry [95] in 2007. He is the sixth in franchise history.
  • Holcomb [174th pick] is the fifth player in the NFL since 2000 to be taken later than the 150th overall pick and post 80+ tackles in their rookie year.
  • Linebacker Ryan Anderson finished with two solo tackles, one sack and one quarterback hit. He also forced and recovered a fumble, it was the second forced fumble and recovery for him this season.
  • Cornerback Jimmy Moreland totaled seven tackles [six solo] and it was his fourth six-plus tackle game of the season.
  • Safety Landon Collins registered four solo tackles.
  • Safety Montae Nicholson finished with three solo tackles and has 52 on the season.

SPECIAL TEAMS

  • Kicker Dustin Hopkins connected on a 52-yard field goal in the third quarter.
  • Hopkins now has the second most made 50-yard field goals (10) in franchise history [Mark Mosley, 12].
  • Punter Tress Way had six punts for 264 yards [35.5 net avg.] with two punts pinned inside the 20 yard line.
