SOMOS is designed to empower, support, and celebrate the Latino/a/x community within the Washington Commanders and the DMV area. We will create a greater understanding and appreciation for Spanish-speaking cultures, develop Latino/a/x employees through professional and personal development, and help grow the pipeline of the next Latino/a/x leaders at the Washington Commanders.
