Notes:

  • Going into Sunday afternoon's game, the Redskins already had three starting offensive linemen (Trent Williams, Brandon Scherff and Spencer Long) out for the contest along with Ty Nsekhe. Then during the game, Shawn Lauvao and T.J. Clemmings also suffered injuries. While Clemmings was able to play 56-of-59 offensive plays, the Redskins saw rookies Chase Roullier and Tyler Catalina play the entire game. Former Redskins draft pick Arie Kouandjio was signed on Saturday afternoon only to play 22 snaps on Sunday. With Clemmings sidelined for the final offensive drive, Tony Bergstrom came in to play three plays. He was signed by the Redskins on Wednesday.
  • After getting off to a slow start this season, Jamison Crowder took advantage of being on the field for 95 percent of the offensive plays. The third-year Duke product recorded nine catches for 123 yards.
  • Defensively, Josh Norman returned to action to play all 68 defensive snaps. He missed the previous two games with a rib fracture, but helped hold Dez Bryan to less than 40 receiving yards.
  • Preston Smith also recorded the most defensive snaps amongst the outside linebackers despite being limited throughout the week with a groin injury.
