Opponents of the 2005 Dominguez (Calif.) High School football team learned the hard way that you simply couldn't do much against their defense.

That's because the school had both Jeron Johnson – at middle linebacker – and Richard Sherman – at cornerback – roaming the field.

Late last week, Johnson posted video of the pair doing work for Dominguez, as Sherman nabbed an interception before pitching it to his teammate for the score.

That team would go on to win 13 of 14 games that year, capturing the CIF Southern Section championship.

In a 2013 interview with MaxPreps.com, Dominquez head coach Keith Donerson recalled Johnson's leadership during that special season.

"Real good kid but more laid back than Richard," Donerson said. "He was a team leader but he led by example."
