Additional Information for Blood Donations:

• Age: 17 years or older, or 16 years of age with signed parental consent
• Health: Generally in good health and feeling well on the day of donation
• Weight: 110 pounds minimum
• Identification: Must present valid photo ID (such as driver's license)
