Alumni Homecoming

Our 2024 Alumni Homecoming Weekend will be October 18-20, 2024! The weekend will include Topgolf, a dinner reception, and Darrell Green's jersey retirement at our gameday matchup against the Carolina Panthers. RSVPs were due August 28th. If you have not RSVP'd and are interested in attending, please reach out to alumnirelations@commanders.com.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Alumni who opted to stay in our team-provided hotel will be staying at The Alexandrian at 480 King St, Alexandria, VA 22314. If you indicated needing a hotel room on the RSVP form, two complimentary nights will be provided. Alumni will be responsible for covering any additional nights, if needed.

SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION

Shuttles will be provided for alumni going to and from the below events. More details on timing and pick-up locations will be provided soon.

Friday: Reagan National Airport -> The Alexandrian Hotel -> Topgolf
Saturday: The Alexandrian Hotel -> The LINE DC
Sunday: The Alexandrian Hotel -> Northwest Stadium

Check-In

Make sure to check in with a Commanders staff member to receive your Alumni Homecoming welcome packet.

Topgolf

We're kicking off Alumni Homecoming Weekend with an outing at Topgolf! Topgolf is a technologically-advanced driving range with golf clubs provided. Enjoy catered food and drinks, and hang out with fellow Washington Legends.

When: 6:30 - 9:00 PM

Attire: Casual

Welcome Cocktail Hour

Join us for a night cap and the chance to mingle with fellow alumni.

Dinner Reception

We will be hosting a cocktail & dinner reception celebrating our Washington Legends and Darrell Green's jersey retirement with live entertainment throughout the night! Valet service will be provided.

When: 6:30 - 9:30 PM

Attire: Cocktail attire

Brunch

Join us for a Benefits Panel with the NFL Legends Community and the NFL Trust while enjoying complimentary brunch provided by the hotel.

Panthers @ Commanders

Our Alumni Homecoming game will be on Sunday, October 20th against the Carolina Panthers, featuring the jersey retirement of Darrell Green at halftime.

When: Kickoff at 4:05 PM

Attire: Legends who RSVP'd before 8/28 will receive a personalized crewneck sweatshirt to wear to the game
