Please note that capacity is limited to the first 350 participants who complete their registration, tuition, and uniform payment. All participants are required to attend the rehearsal immediately prior to the game-day performance.
The Washington Commanders Junior Force Dance Program offers a variety of benefits, including:
- Official 2026 Junior Force uniform top
- Set of official Junior Force poms or rally towel
- Performance on the field at Northwest Stadium
- Professional choreography and music
- Two (2) 400-level tickets to the Washington Commanders vs. New York Giants game (Oct. 11th pregame performance)
- Option to purchase additional discounted game day tickets for friends and family
- Coaching by alumni and current members of the Washington Commanders Command Force
- Video footage of Junior Force performances (delivered electronically)
- Game day Junior Force photos captured by Commanders' professional photographers
- Opportunity to purchase optional official Junior Force branded merchandise
- Professional Junior Force team photo (taken during the September Performance Dress Rehearsal)
Opportunities to participate in Command Force and Commanders events throughout the season, including community outreach initiatives when available
The Junior Force program includes two (2) instructional clinics and one (1) mandatory dress rehearsal led by current members of the Command Force to prepare dancers for their game-day performance. Participants are grouped by age to provide an age-appropriate experience and instruction tailored to each age group:
- Tiny Force (ages 5-8): 11:00am-12:30pm
- Mighty Force (ages 9-12): 12:30pm-2:00pm
- Cadets (ages 13-17): 2:00pm-3:30pm
