Black Engagement Network
BEN's mission is to foster a community of support that Washington Commanders employees of the African Diaspora (African American/Black) can utilize for professional and personal development by facilitating networking events, mentorship opportunities, seminars, and other activities meant to enhance the overall employee experience.
WIN's mission is to empower, support and enrich women to succeed and advance at the Washington Commanders, both personally and professionally. We, in partnership with our allies, will do so by supporting the hiring, development, and retention of women at the Washington Commanders and by building a safe space for women to foster peer connections where they can share their experiences.
The Commanders Pride Network's mission is to empower LGBTQ+ colleagues at the Washington Commanders and develop an organization-wide culture of intentional allyship through support and belonging. This will be done by offering community, professional development, networking, and educational programming.
SOMOS mission is to empower, support, and celebrate the Latino/a/x community within the Washington Commanders and the DMV area. We will create a greater understanding and appreciation for Spanish-speaking cultures, develop Latino/a/x employees through professional and personal development, and help grow the pipeline of the next Latino/a/x leaders at the Washington Commanders.
