Redskins running back Alfred Morris is up for the Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award for 2015.

The award, which began last year, is presented each year to "an NFL player that best demonstrates the qualities of on-field sportsmanship, including fair play, respect for the game and opponents and integrity in competition."

Each team nominates a player and the the winner is determined by a vote of current NFL players. A panel of former players will help narrow the field from 32 to eight finalists – four from each conference – and the finalists will be listed on the Pro Bowl ballot under the NFL Sportsmanship Award when players vote on Dec. 18.

Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald won the inaugural award last season.
