Chris Culliver Posts A Video About His Knee Recovery

It's hard to tell exactly if this Instagram video is part of a larger documentary, or just made for the intent and purpose of social media. Regardless of its reason for existence, cornerback Chris Culliver seems to be getting back into pretty good shape.

After tearing his ACL/MCL during practice around Thanksgiving, Culliver was placed on season ending injured/reserve.

Culliver had already missed three games this past season after dealing with pain and weakness in his left knee and had a banged up shoulder, too. He had missed the entire 2013 season with a torn left ACL, although an MRI performed on that knee this season showed no structural damage.

Hence, the hashtag #R2R2, "Road to Recovery 2," to indicate his second offseason of recovery.

In the meantime, enjoy the music, the beaches, the underwater cameras, in the hopes that Culliver stays healthy for 2016.
