4:25 p.m.
Here we go for one last time this season! The Commanders are starting this one on defense. Things to watch in the first drive: Can the Commanders generate a pass rush similar to what they had against the Cowboys. They got six sacks on Dak Prescott, half of which came from Johnny Newton. Can he string two good games together?
4:30 p.m.
So far, so good for the Commanders' pass rush. They put some pressure on quarterback Tanner McKee and got a sack from Daron Payne because of it. Josh Johnson and the offense are taking over.
4:41 p.m.
Nice drive going for the Commanders here. They're using a lot of motion and Josh Johnson looks comfortable. They just converted a fourth and three to the Eagles' 39-yard line.
4:46 p.m.
Absolutely frustrating drive from the Commanders after getting to the 6-yard line. Jake Moody misses a 24-yard attempt by hitting the right upright. The Eagles will take over with the game still scoreless.
4:58 p.m.
The Eagles are on the board first after a 15-yard touchdown to tight end Grant Calcaterra. The Eagles had the No. 1 red zone offense in the league heading into today's game, mostly because of Jalen Hurts' connection with Dallas Goedert. With Goedert out, Calcaterra has taken on the role and put the Eagles up 7-0.
5:11 p.m.
The Commanders are on the board and tie it up with a one-yard touchdown. A pass interference call on the Eagles DB covering Treylon Burks in the end zone moved the ball to the 1-yard line, and C-Rod finished things off. It's 7-7 in Philly.
5:21 p.m.
The Commanders continue their bend-but-don't-break philosophy with Dan Quinn as the defensive play caller. They just got a fourth-down stop from the Eagles at their own 6-yard line. Washington takes over with a chance to take the lead before halftime and the opportunity to get the ball at the start of the third quarter.
5:36 p.m.
The Commanders are Eagles are trading possessions with turnovers. First, Johnson threw one intended for Deebo Samuel at the Commanders' 22. Then, after the Eagles committed a costly taunting penalty, Jeremy Reaves gave the ball right back to Washington's offense with time left to spare before halftime.
6:09 p.m.
The Commanders are holding onto a three-point, but the it's been a sloppy second half for both teams. The Commanders had a three-and-out to start things off, and the Eagles were held short on a third-and-1. The Commanders are currently driving, though, and are starting to get some success on the ground.
6:12 p.m.
Second turnover from the Commanders. Josh Johnson fumbled the snap and the Eagles recover.
6:19 p.m.
Touchdown Eagles. Philadelphia takes the lead with a two-yard run from Bigsby. The Eagles have a 14-10 lead following the fumble from Johnson.
6:38 p.m.
Nice play by Mike Sainristil to break up the third-down pass to Covey. Philly's field goal unit comes on the field and makes the score 17-10.
6:54 p.m.
Touchdown Washington! Johnson ties it up with a TD to John Bates to cap off the nine-play drive. 17-17 with 9:35 left to play.
7:11 p.m.
Washington takes the lead with a one-yard run from Johnson! 24-17 with 2:32 left to play.
7:26 p.m.
That's it! Commanders will take the 24-17 win to close out the season.
