Let's Recap The Special Guests At Monday Night Football

With Monday Night Football comes the national spotlight. With the national spotlight comes lots of special guests.

Such was the case at FedExField as the Redskins took on the Cowboys. It was the two teams' 17th time facing off on Monday night and naturally the game had its moments of drama, specifically under the final two minutes.

Before and during the game a dozen World War II veterans in the "Honor Guard" were celebrated in the end zone for their service, something made more profound as it fell on the anniversary of Pearl Harbor.

Prior to the game, some Redskins royalty and former players (Donte Stallworth, London Fletcher, Santana Moss, Dexter Manley and Joe Gibbs) – even a current one on Injured/Reserve (Niles Paul) made his way to the sideline to take in the atmosphere before kickoff.

It wouldn't be a real game without some other local sports stars in attendance, as the Nationals' Ryan Zimmerman and the Capitals' Andre Burakovsky made their way to Landover, Md.

And then how about legendary singer Dionne Warwick.
