During Pro Bowl week, Redskins.com asked players from across the NFL what one word describes QB Kirk Cousins.

9,083 yards, 54 TDs, 23 INTs, 68 percent completion rate and a 99.4 rating. That's Kirk Cousins' stat line from 2015-2016 – his first two full seasons starting in the NFL.

Kirk Cousins has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for November. Check out these images from the past month.

During that time, Cousins has broken numerous single-season Redskins records including completions, yards, yards per game, passing first downs and yards per play. He led the Redskins to their first playoff appearance since 2012, and the team's first back-to-back winning seasons since 1996-1997.

Has his success been noticed around the NFL? On the eve of his first Pro Bowl appearance, Redskins.com asked players from all over the NFL (from rookies to 10-year veterans) what one word they would use to describe Redskins QB Kirk Cousins:

Cerebral – Drew Brees (QB – New Orleans Saints)

"I don't know if it's one word...but listen; he's a cerebral guy. What I love about Kirk is he's always had a strong belief in himself. Look at his story – he was drafted to the Redskins five years ago, in the [fourth] round and RGIII [Robert Griffin III] is in the first round. RGIII is going to be the guy and it's one of those situations where Kirk knows he's going to have to work and work and grind to get the opportunity and he has done that. Now he's become a franchise player, a Pro Bowl player. I think that says a lot about his mentality and his work ethic and just his competitive nature."

Experienced – Patrick Peterson (CB – Arizona Cardinals)

"He's experienced now. A couple years under his belt, he's making better decisions with the football now…Last year it definitely looked like he turned the corner as far as his experience and his quarterback IQ."

Intense – Lorenzo Alexander (LB – Buffalo Bills)

"He's intense. Everything he does he goes 100 miles per hour, especially on the field. He's always in there studying, making sure things are just right. And if it's not right, he wants to get it right. Whether that means repeating plays or whatever it may be, he's going to do that."

Class – Andy Dalton (QB – Cincinnati Bengals)

"He's class. He's a guy that does things right all the time."

Determined – Gerald McCoy (DL – Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

"Determined. Since he got in the league people have been saying he can't. He's been behind the starting quarterback and had to work his way up. Even this year when they [the Redskins] were losing, he fought his way back and showed people that he is worth being a franchise quarterback. It takes determination to do that."

A Man – Jimmy Graham (TE – Seattle Seahawks)

"He's a man. He's a character. He's just fun to be around. He makes the huddle come alive. He makes it relaxed and he really makes you enjoy being in the huddle with him. He really does. It's been a good week with him…he's a special guy, he really is."

Accurate – Xavier Rhodes (CB – Minnesota Vikings)

"Accurate. He makes a lot of accurate throws. His throws…if you watch the game against us he destroyed us. He did a good job."

Resilient – Jordan Howard (RB – Chicago Bears)

"Resilient. He's going to always fight no matter the score of the game, no matter what happened the last play, he's going to keep fighting."
