Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins has avoided this bitter cold weather by heading to Florida.

And while in the Sunshine State, he's keeping his throwing arm in shape, as seen in the photo above.

Cousins, who just completed his third season with the Redskins, threw for 1,710 yards and 10 touchdowns in six games during the 2014 season.

In Week 2 against the Jacksonvillle Jaguars, Cousins came in for Robert Griffin III after he went down with a dislocated ankle and threw for 250 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions.

Then after a Week 3 performance against the Philadelphia Eagles in which he threw for a career-high 427 yards and passed for three touchdowns, Cousins was named FedEx Air Player of the Week.
