When you live in southern California, it's hard to stay motivated. You've got palm trees, ocean views, nice weather. They invite complacency.
Apparently, that's not the case for Redskins running back Silas Redd.
In fact, Redd seems to be challenging the very place where relaxation and laziness spawns, doing some running drills right on the beach.
It seems like difficult work considering footing is usually never solid in the sand.
Redd will be competing for one of the running back spots on the team this season. He caught eight passes for 107 yards and rushed for 75 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries in 2014.
