LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Washington Redskins announced today that they have named Carlyle Neyazi as the team's Executive Director of the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation.
"We are confident Carlyle will do an outstanding job as the Executive Director," said Bruce Allen, President. "She has been with the Washington Redskins for nine years and understands our commitment to the community and tradition of helping others."
Neyazi is entering her ninth year with the Washington Redskins. In her previous role as the Senior Director of Development and Special Events for the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation, Neyazi was responsible for fundraising and marketing of the team's philanthropic efforts in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. She worked to create and activate a comprehensive resource development strategy to include corporate sponsorship, individual giving, and numerous special events and initiatives, enabling the Foundation to be more effective in its mission to level the playing field for children who need it most.

Neyazi graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications and Marketing and later pursued a Master of Professional Studies: Sports Marketing and Communication from Georgetown University. Carlyle and her husband, Samir, reside in Washington, DC.
