On your way to Redskins training camp, and looking for a way to get your kids out of the house and exercising this summer?

Look no further than the local NFL Punt, Pass and Kick Clinics held at the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center in Richmond, Va.

This free event will allow children ages 6-15 to practice and learn techniques for throwing, punting and kicking the football on the same field the Redskins will practice on. There will be four clinics on four different days (dates/times shown below), and a competition day for kids to put their hard work and practice from the clinics into action.
