An architect of two Super Bowl-winning teams? That sounds like a Hall of Fame resume right there.
The Talk of Fame Sports Network is already looking ahead to the 2018 nominees, and there can only be one contributor. The Pro Football Hall of Fame selects only one nominee to be the candidate for the Class of 2018 and former Washington Redskins general manager Bobby Beathard is among the seven nominees to fill the slot.
Beathard has a long track record in the NFL with four different teams as a scout, personnel and general manager. However, he never achieved higher success than his 11 years as Redskins GM in which Washington won 105 games and two Super Bowls. He was also responsible for drafting Redskins legends Darrell Green and Art Monk.
