Sometimes workouts can be tough. Sometimes you just need to dance.
That was the case for Trevardo Williams today in the Redskins lockerroom, where, in between team drills and strength and conditioning, he decided to break out his best moves.
Partially inspired by a club mix of Foster The People, and likely urged on by his fellow teammates, filming their new dance star, Williams let loose with some robotic, slow-motion movements in front of his peers.
We'll just have to see if there's a matinee tomorrow.
