VIDEO: Ricky Jean Francois Discusses Cowboys On NFL HQ

Ricky Jean Francois joined the NFL Network this morning to shed some light on the Redskins' mindset this week as they prepare for their Monday Night Football matchup with the Cowboys.

After last week, a convincing defeat against the division-rival Giants, the Redskins felt as though they had been overlooked by the national media. Bulletin board material was posted in the locker room of a newspaper article writing Washington off before Sunday's matchup.

"We felt disrespected but that's part of the rivalry," Jean Francois said. "It wouldn't be a rivalry without disrespect."

Jean Francois picked up the torch this week and helped distribute some more motivational material, this time papers from meeting rooms that had the Cowboys logo and the words "Dallas has the best offensive line in the league."

He also lined defensive coordinator Joe Barry's car with papers that read "[Cowboys defensive coordinator] Rod Marinelli is the best defensive coordinator in the league," a slight jab at Barry, Marinelli's son-in-law.

As for the biggest challenge this week against Dallas?

"The offensive line," Jean Francois said. "I know they're going to establish the run. I know a few games we've had ups and downs trying to stop the run. They have the best offensive line in the league so they put their hat on that. We've got to make sure we stop the run. We have tos top the run and we have to establish the run on offense."
