Kirk Cousins and Trent Williams won't be the only Redskins at the 2017 Pro Bowl in Orlando, Fla.

The Virginia Xtreme Redskins will also be at Camping World Stadium on Sunday evening, representing the NFC in the NFL FLAG Championship Game.

The Redskins – who are led by head coach Willie Page and assistant coach Scott Kallivokas – will be facing the AFC Champion Ryan Football Dolphins, who hail from Miami. Both teams are in the 13-14 year age division and have a three-year rivalry going. They first met at Super Bowl XLIX in the 11-12 Coed division. The Redskins beat the Dolphins, 14-13, in overtime in the semifinals. Their second meeting took place at Super Bowl 50, in the 13-14 Boys division. The Dolphins evened up the series with a 34-14 win in the semifinals.

The Redskins and Dolphins will play the first half of their game at 6:30 p.m., and the second half during halftime of the Pro Bowl.

Here's how the Redskins qualified for the NFL FLAG Championships:

  • They won the Washington Redskins Regional Tournament.
  • They went undefeated, winning six games for the Championship.

The Redskins – who are from Leesburg, Va. - haven't lost a game since arriving in Orlando. They went undefeated in pool play (3-0), defeating the ODB Bears, 32-0, the DAC Giants, 35-6 and the NS Cowboys, 36-6.

The Redskins kept things rolling once they were named a No. 4 seed in the NFC Tournament Bracket. In the first round, they shutout the Pelion Panthers, 20-0, the Kenner Saints, 15-0, the Prime Time 49ers, 22-0 and the Tucson Turf, 18-13.

There's plenty of NFL FLAG experience to go around on this Redskins team. There are seven players on the roster, and they all have five or more years of FLAG experience. Page and Kallivokas have well over 30 years of FLAG experience and four FLAG National Championships between them. They've won over 40 FLAG tournaments across the country.

The Virginia Xtreme Sports program has been in existence for six years, and has two NFL FLAG Championship titles (Super Bowl XLXII, Super Bowl XLIX) and 11 NFL FLAG Regional titles under its belt. It's a nonprofit volunteer organization that's dedicated to offering amateur youth players an opportunity to play competitive sports on both a regional and national level. The program is dedicated to the development of a player's skill, competitiveness and character. Their goal is to instill in each player the various skills and traits needed to succeed in life, long after a player's competitive athletic career comes to a close.
