On Saturday, September 27, the Commanders hosted a coaches clinic ahead of Fairfax County's inaugural girls flag season. At the clinic, high school coaches received "classroom" and on the field training to equip them with the best tools for this season and beyond.

On Tuesday, September 30, quarterback Josh Johnson went to Capital Area Food Bank to help back and sort items to be distributed to communities in need across the DMV.
