Commanders Mobile Ticketing: Access Your Tickets in the App

From your Redskins Mobile App, select Tickets.

Choose the My Account link.

Log in using the email address and password associated with your My Redskins Account.

Please note that you can no longer log in with your account number.

Once logged into your My Redskins Account, select the game you would like to manage

Select the tickets to manage. Now, you can:
- View your Barcode (Used to scan directly into the Stadium)
- Transfer your tickets to family or friends
- Sell tickets for games you cannot attend

Select Manage My Tickets, Events, and tap Transfer.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will not be shown.

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer, select Done, followed by Confirm.

Enter the Recipient's contact details, select Done and Complete Transfer.

Tap Manage, choose event, select the tickets you want to see and tap Sell.

Confirm your pricing method and select Continue.

First time users will be prompted to enter ticket information, listing preferences, etc. Once complete, tap Sell.

Select Manage My Tickets

Log in using the email address and password associated with your My Redskins Account.

Once logged into your My Redskins Account, select the game you would to manage.

Select Send from the top, right corner.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the resale option will not be shown.

Select the tickets you would like to transfer, select Send.

Enter the Recipients' contact details, select Send.

Select Sell from the top, right corner.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the resale option will not be shown.

Select the tickets you would like to sell and select Continue.

Enter your selling price.

Select how you would like to get paid and update your seller profile, then press Continue.

Review your details, press Confirm.

Select Donate from the top, right corner.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for donation. If they are not, the donate option will not be shown.

Select the tickets you would like to donate, select Continue.

Select the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation from the dropdown menu and select Continue.

Review your details, press Confirm
