How do I get tickets?
Free tickets will be available through SeatGeek at 11am on Thursday, June 20th. Fans will be able to claim a max of six (6) tickets for one (1) day of training camp.

How many total tickets can I claim?
You may claim up to 6 tickets for one day of Training Camp.
Do children need tickets for Training Camp?
Your total number of tickets claimed must include children of all ages.
Can I attend multiple days of Training Camp?
There will be a limited number of tickets available to fans due to capacity restrictions at the OrthoVirginia Training Center at Commanders Park. Therefore, you will only be able to claim tickets to your choice of one day of Training Camp.
How do I access my tickets?
Once tickets are claimed, they will live on the Washington Commanders app. In the app, tap "More" and log into your account where it says, "Log into SeatGeek."
Where do I park for Training Camp?
Parking will be available in the Gray Lot on-site at the OrthoVirginia Training Center at Commanders Park. You must claim a parking pass through SeatGeek when claiming your free tickets prior to your arrival. Buses from Dulles Town Center will not be available this year. Please plan to carpool if possible due to limited parking spaces onsite.
If you claimed your ticket during the promo code time period, one (1) parking pass per account will be uploaded for the day(s) you have tickets to attend Training Camp. Parking passes will be uploaded by Friday, June 21st.
What concessions will be available at Training Camp?
Food and drinks for purchase will be available from local food trucks. Additionally, One Loudoun (https://www.downtownoneloudoun.com/) is a 5-minute drive from the Commanders practice facility and includes a variety of food and entertainment options.
Will merchandise be available for purchase at Training Camp?
Merchandise will be available for purchase by card only. Cash will not be accepted.
What is the bag policy for Training Camp?
The clear bag policy is not in effect for Training Camp practices at OrthoVirginia Training Center at Commanders Park, however, all visitors and bags entering the facility grounds are subject to search by team security.
What items are prohibited from Training Camp?

The following items are prohibited at the OrthoVirginia Training Center at Commanders Park:
- Alcohol and illegal drugs
Weapons
Firearms
- Glass bottles,
- Video cameras
- Animals (except for certified service animals)
Will I have the opportunity to get player autographs if I attend Training Camp?
Following each practice, Commanders players and coaches may stop to sign autographs for fans. Autographs are not guaranteed and are up to the discretion of the player and/or coach.
What seating options are available at Training Camp?
A 1,000-seat bleacher area along the sideline is available for viewing practice on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans may bring blankets and lawn chairs if interested in sitting on open grass.
How can I request ADA access if needed?
ADA access will be available to those who need assistance. If you are in need of ADA assistance, please notify event staff upon your arrival.
What are the photo and video guidelines at Training Camp?
Capture of photos or shooting of video, including on cell phones, is not permitted during the team portions of training camp (7-on-7, 11-on-11, special teams, and installs). A member of the Washington Commanders staff will inform you when the portions of practice in which photos are permissible have concluded. Additionally, the use of video cameras is not permitted in general. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to leave and may not be permitted to return to training camp.
Can I bring a cooler to Training Camp?
Yes, fans are permitted to bring coolers to Training Camp as long as they do not contain alcoholic beverages. Outside food is not permitted.
Are Training Camp practices rain or shine?
Practices will be rain or shine, unless in the instance of severe weather. Instances of severe weather may create an unsafe environment for guests. This may result in fans not being permitted to watch practice. Alerts, updates, and schedule changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
What items should I bring to Training Camp to make my experience better?
We recommend fans bring the following items to Training Camp:
- Sunscreen
- Portable fan
- Water
- Sharpies and items for autographs
Can I bring my pet to Training Camp?
Pets are not permitted at any location during training camp (except for certified service animals).
Are there bathrooms on site?
Portable restrooms will be available on site near the practice fields for guests to use during the event.
Is there special access for Season Ticket Members?
All Season Tickets Members get early access to claim tickets prior to tickets being available to the public. As a tailored membership event, Season Ticket Members within the Business Network get exclusive access to a separate day of Training Camp and have received dedicated communication with more details. Season Ticket Members within the Ultra membership type get exclusive access to a separate day of Training Camp as the replacement event for "Access to OTAs."

Can I attend Military Appreciation Day and Kids Day?
Yes, all fans are permitted to attend Military Appreciation Day and Kids Day so long as they claim tickets for those specific dates.
What time should I arrive at Training Camp?
On-site parking at Commanders Park will open at 7:30am. Gates will open at 8am. Practice starts each day at 9am and could last anywhere from 1.5-2 hours.
