When is my 2020 renewal due?
The deadline for 2020 renewal is April 1, 2020. Members must pay their invoice in full or be set up on a payment plan by April 1, 2020. After April 1, 2020, any season tickets that are not renewed will be made available for current season ticket members and the general public.
What are my ticket delivery options for the 2020 Season?
For the 2020 season there are two (2) ticket delivery options available to members.
- Your Redskins Gold card (hard copy option – includes access to mobile tickets)
- The Redskins Mobile App (mobile only option)
Printed tickets will not be available in the 2020 season. The hard copy ticket option for members is the Redskins Gold card. The card will contain your tickets for all 10 Redskins home games. You will receive one Redskins Gold card per season ticket seat that you have for the 2020 season.
What if we have a Redskins home playoff game?
If we host a Redskins home playoff game at FedExField, and you elect to purchase your Playoff tickets, they will be electronically added to your Redskins Gold card.

What is Pay As We Play?
Pay As We Play is a benefit of your Redskins Gold membership. Pay As We Play is your opportunity as a Redskins Gold member to claim your season ticket seat location for a Redskins home playoff game.
All you need to do to claim your seats is to provide the credit card that you would like to use to pay for your playoff tickets. You will not be charged until we have a confirmed home playoff game in January of 2021.
What is the season ticket renewal giveaway?
Just by renewing your season tickets, you're automatically entered to win 1 of 10 amazing prizes! Prizes will include: a Trip for 2 to Super Bowl LV, a suite for a special event at FedExField, and much more!
The earlier you renew, the more entries you'll earn into the giveaway and the more chances you'll have to win. Each week, we'll add the total renewed list to the renewed list from the week before, effectively "repeating" your entry each week. So, if you renew before February 21st, you'll have 1 entry into the February 21st drawing, 2 entries into the February 28th drawing, 3 entries into the March 6th drawing, and so on.

When can I upgrade or relocate my seats for the 2020 season?
Season ticket members will have the opportunity to upgrade seats for the 2020 season beginning on April 15, 2020.
Upgrades take place during designated windows based on your seat location and tenure as a season ticket member. You will be notified via email in advance about when your relocation time will be. Once it is your time to upgrade you will receive and another email alert. You will be able to do so online via your My Redskins Account and/or by contacting our Membership Services team via call or text at (301) 276-6050.

When will I have access to my tickets online with My Redskins account?
You will have access to your digital tickets on your online account by May 1, 2020 if you are compliant on a Redskins approved payment plan or paid in full for the 2020 season.
When will I receive my 2020 season ticket package?
If you select the Redskins Gold card, you will receive your 2020 season ticket package in late July/early August. If you choose the mobile only option you will not receive a season ticket package.
What will be included in my 2020 season ticket package?
Your season ticket package will include your Redskins Gold card(s) and a lanyard to attach to each card. You will receive one Redskins Gold card per season ticket seat that you have for the 2020 season. Your Redskins Gold card is your ticket!

Will I receive Redskins Rewards Yards for renewing this year?
Yes, you will receive Redskins Rewards Yards for renewing your season tickets for 2020. We are revamping the Redskins Rewards program to make it easier to use and to maximize the number of guaranteed yards earned by members.
