Redskins Update Depth Chart For Week 13

The Washington Redskins on Tuesday released their **13th unofficial depth chart** for the 2015 regular season. Here's some notes and analysis from Redskins.com's Andrew Walker.*

OFFENSE:

-- Things stay the same as they have been for the Washington Redskins' offense the past few weeks on the Week 13 unofficial depth chart. Starters include Kirk Cousins at quarterback, Alfred Morris at running back, Darrel Young at fullback, DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garçon at wide receiver, Jordan Reed at tight end, Trent Williams at left tackle, Spencer Long at left guard, Josh LeRibeus at center, Brandon Scherff at right guard and Morgan Moses at right tackle.

DEFENSE:

The defensive side of the ball is where you'll notice a few tweaks to this week's unofficial depth chart.

-- At the "Mike" linebacker position, Will Compton moves up to the starter spot, ahead of Keenan Robinson. Compton has played some tough-nosed defense in the heart of the Redskins' defense the past few weeks as a replacement for Robinson, who has been battling a shoulder injury. In all, Compton is second on the team with 78 tackles, and he also has two pass deflections and one fumble recovery on the year.

The Redskins' secondary is also seeing some changes, most of which were confirmed in Sunday's 20-14 victory over the New York Giants at FedExField.

-- Veteran DeAngelo Hall, who spent the first 13-plus years of his NFL career as one of the top cornerbacks in the league, where he was named a Pro Bowler three times, is now listed as the starter at the strong safety position. Listed behind him are Trenton Robinson and Jeron Johnson, although Robinson has not played the past two games with a hamstring injury.

-- That means Bashaud Breeland officially moves into Hall's spot as one of the top two cornerbacks, and Quinton Dunbar remains behind him. With Chris Culliver out for the year with a torn ACL and MCL, Will Blackmon is now officially listed as the starter at the other cornerback spot, with Deshazor Everett and Dashaun Phillips, who was signed to the active roster from the practice squad on Friday, behind him.

-- And, for you fellow roster nerds, the Redskins have officially changed Hall and rookie Kyshoen Jarrett's positions to defensive back (DB). Jarrett, who was drafted as a safety out of Virginia Tech this past offseason, has also performed well at the team's nickel cornerback spot.

SPECIAL TEAMS:

-- There are no changes for the special teams' unofficial depth chart this week. The Redskins did utilize multiple returners on Sunday against the Giants, both with their kickoff and punt return units, however, so keep an eye on this moving forward.
