FAQ's:

Q: What if we don't have 20 people to take a tour?

A: We will put you on a wait list to see if another group signs up for the day you are interested in.

Q: What can you bring to FedExField? What is prohibited?

A: Umbrellas, large bags, animals, and food and beverages are not permitted on tours. Purses and small backpacks are allowed.

Q: Where can we park during the tour?

A: Parking is free in Platinum Lot A, which is the only lot with solar panels overhead and is our staff parking lot so you will see other cars. The entrance is off Garrett Morgan Blvd. Stadium entrance will be at our Admin Lobby directly across the street through the glass doors. Click on the parking information above for more information.

Q: How long do typical tours last?

A: Tours typically last 90 minutes. This a walking tour, so please wear comfortable shoes.

Q: When is payment required?

A: Payment is required 2 weeks in advance of the tour.

Q: What forms of payment are acceptable?

A: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and checks (personal and cashier's) made payable to WFI Stadium, Inc.

Q: Can we go onto the playing field?

A: You will able to take pictures at the edge of the field, not on the field.

Q: Can we take engagement/wedding photos at the field?

A: Yes, we now offer engagement/wedding photo shoots. Please reach out to specialevents@commanders.com for more information.

Q: Are we allowed to eat lunch at the stadium?

A: We can provide catering, if requested, for an additional charge. Please inquire about bringing own lunches at specialevents@commanders.com.
