Justin Brooks is entering his seventh season in Washington in 2025 and his third as Co-Equipment Manager after being promoted in 2023. Prior to Washington, Brooks was an equipment intern for the San Francisco 49ers in 2018 and the Miami Dolphins in 2017.
Brooks is responsible for helmet and shoulder pad fittings, assists in placing annual equipment orders and oversees the issuing of apparel to players, coaches and staff members. Brooks also updates the inventory system and performs weekly mandated protective equipment scans to accurately record what players are wearing in practices and games.
Brooks oversees the equipment department internship program.
Brooks gradjayuated from the University of Delaware in 2017 with degrees in Finance and Sport Management.
Brooks is a native of Newton, Massachusetts and currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, Marisa.
