Injurred Redskins linebacker London Fletcher (ankle) will stretch his NFL-leading consecutive games played streak to 235 this afternoon, as he was cleared for action against the Dallas Cowboys.

He will be joined by top receiver Pierre Garçon (foot), who looked comfortable accelerating and cutting out of his routes on the turf at Cowboys Stadium.

Redskins receiver Dezmon Briscoe will be inactive again this week, along with rookie cornerback Richard Crawford, defensive end Doug Worthington and veteran quarterback Rex Grossman.

Rookie offensive guard Josh LeRibeus gets the activation over Adam Gettis and Maurice Hurt, while newcomer Jerome Murphy will not suit for today's game.

Here is the full list of Redskins inactives:

  • No. 8 QB Rex Grossman
  • No. 19 WR Dezmon Briscoe
  • No. 39 CB Richard Crawford
  • No. 45 CB Jerome Murphy
  • No. 73 G Adam Gettis
  • No. 79 OL Maurice Hurt
  • No. 90 DE Doug Worthington

Fletcher and Garçon are expected to start at inside linebacker and top receiver, respectively.

On the Cowboys sideline, starting running back DeMarco Murray has been ruled inactive with injury, joined by defensive tackle Jay Ratliff and center Phil Costa.

Costa was involved with a controversy in last year's game in Dallas, accusing Redskins defensive end Stephen Bowen of barking during the Cowboys' snap counts, explaining Costa's two false start penalties.

He later downplayed his remarks, admitting that this was actually not true.  Costa's backup Ryan Cook is also out of today's game, leaving the starting center job to Kevin Kowalski.

Here is the full list of Cowboys inactives:

  • No. 23 CB Vince Agnew
  • No. 29 RB DeMarco Murray
  • No. 63 C/G Ryan Cook
  • No. 67 C Phil Costa
  • No. 85 WR Kevin Ogletree
  • No. 90 DT Jay Ratliff
  • No. 95 DT Sean Lissemore
