Attended Alma College, Marquette University, and the University of Michigan⊠Began his coaching career at Morningside College in 1948⊠First pro coaching experience was as an assistant with the Los Angeles Rams in 1957. Passed away in 1990 at the age of 72⊠A native of Detroit, Michigan⊠Developed reputation as a coach who could transform losing teams into winners. |
