Jim Zorn Media Session

On defensive tackle Anthony Montgomery's absence in practice today:

"He had some personal issues that he had to take care of today so he was excused, but he will be at the game. I was expecting him to be back, but it took longer than usual."

On who will be starting at right tackle against the Dallas Cowboys:

"Right now we are with Jon Jansen at tackle. Stephon Heyer got some practice time in today so he is feeling better, but he probably will be a game-time decision. We are not disappointed at Stephon Heyer; it's just a matter of his shoulder showing up."

On Redskins injuries:

"[Linebacker] Marcus Washington is fine, but he may be a game-time deal depending on how he continues to perform, but I thought he was decent. [Cornerback] Fred Smoot was fine as well, so we are in decent shape.

On the status of LB/DE Jason Taylor:

"Somebody said that Jason Taylor threw his boot across the room today, so I think that he is doing fine and he wants to get back. What's really good about his situation is that there is no infection because that would be a set-back."
