LaRon Landry participated fully in practice on Wednesday, an encouraging sign for the fifth-year safety.

Landry has been hampered by Achilles soreness in recent weeks. He sat out last Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys.

As for his status this Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, Landry expects to be on the field.

"It feels good this week. I'm looking forward to playing on Sunday, I can't wait," Landry said.

Landry missed the first two games of the regular season due to the lingering injury. He was able to play in seven straight games before sitting out last Sunday.

With six games left in the regular season, bumps and bruises are common for player. Landry is no exception. He said he monitors his Achilles each week.

"At this point of the season I think week in and week out it's going to be achy it's just depends on how achy," Landry said.

Added head coach Mike Shanahan: "It was good to have him back. It looked like he was moving pretty good. Hopefully, there is no setback."

Last Sunday, Landry was replaced in the lineup by rookie fourth-round draft pick DeJon Gomes. He posted 14 tackles, second-most on the defense.

"With his speed, we wanted to get a chance to see what he could do," Shanahan said of Gomes. "He took advanatage of the opportunity...He really played well."
