Redskins Pick 21st, Have Nine Picks In Draft

The Redskins enter the April 26-27 NFL Draft with nine picks, including the No. 21 pick in the first round.

Washington traded its fourth-round pick to the Denver Broncos in August 2006 in the trade for T.J. Duckett.

The Redskins were awarded three compensatory picks after losing guard Derrick Dockery, running back T.J. Duckett, cornerback Kenny Wright and linebacker Warrick Holdman in the 2007 offseason.

The Miami Dolphins, with 1-15 record, have the first overall pick in the draft, followed by the 3-13 St. Louis Rams.
