Redskins Re-Sign Daryl Terrell

The Redskins re-signed veteran offensive lineman Daryl Terrell on Wednesday. Terrell has served as a versatile player as both a starter and a reserve at tackle and guard during his six-year NFL career.

The 6-4, 327-pounder served as a reserve for the Redskins' final three games of the 2003 season after being signed on December 9. He saw his most extensive playing time of the season in Week 15 against Dallas, stepping in at tackle after an injury to starter Brandon Winey.

Terrell has started 11 games and has appeared in 57 contests during his NFL career.

Prior to joining the Redskins, Terrell played four seasons with New Orleans. His best season was in 2001 when he started 10 games and appeared in all 16 at left tackle for the Saints.

Terrell was a second team all-conference selection at Southern Mississippi and started every game his final two seasons.
