The Redskins have signed four free agents--wide receivers Roydell Williams and Marques Hagans, nose tackle Howard Green and running back Ryan Torain--who participated in last weekend's mini-camp on a tryout basis.

Williams and Hagans are familiar faces--they had prior stints with the Redskins.

They add depth to a roster that had just six wide receivers for the mini-camp.

Williams, 29, was waived with an injury settlement during Redskins training camp last year after he suffered a finger injury.

For his career, Williams has caught 84 receptions for 1,139 yards and six touchdowns. He had 55 catches with the Tennessee Titans in 2007, but he suffered a broken ankle in practice leading up to a Wild Card playoff game.

He was a fourth-round draft pick of the Titans in 2005.

Hagans, 27, spent time on the Redskins' practice squad in 2008. He caught one pass for nine yards in 2009 preseason play but he was released in the team's first set of roster cuts.

Hagans has played in six NFL games, four with the St. Louis Rams in 2007 and two with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2008. He has nine career receptions for 108 yards.

Hagans was a fifth-round draft pick of the Rams in 2006.

Green is a 6-2, 320-pound nose tackle who has had NFL stints with eight teams, most recently with the New York Jets.

A six-year veteran, Green has 55 tackles, one sack and two forced fumbles in his career.

Last year, he played in 12 contests with the New York Jets and logged 37 tackles. He saw his most extensive action with the New Orleans Saints in 2004, when he started 12-of-14 games and totaled 53 tackles.

Green entered the NFL as a sixth-round draft pick of the Houston Texans in 2002.

Torain is a 2008 fifth-round draft pick by the Denver Broncos, coached by Mike Shanahan at the time.

In two career games, he has 15 carries for 69 yards and one touchdown in his brief NFL career.

Torain was waived by the Broncos prior to the start of the 2009 season.
