Brent Caprio enters his eighth NFL season and his fifth with Washington in 2022 after joining the organization during the 2017 offseason.
aprio spent his first two NFL seasons with the Indianapolis Colts as a scouting assistant from 2015-16. Prior to entering pro football, he also worked in the accounting sector, spending parts of 2014 and 2015 with EY (formerly Ernst & Young).
Caprio played quarterback at William & Mary from 2009-13, starting 12 of the 39 games in which he appeared for the Tribe. He threw for 2,201 career yards and 15 touchdowns. He also earned four consecutive CAA Academic All-Conference Team honors from 2010-13 and was awarded the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award in 2013. He graduated with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in accounting and finance.
