Brent Caprio enters his sixth season with Washington in 2023 after joining the organization during the 2017 offseason.
Caprio spent his first two NFL seasons with the Indianapolis Colts as a scouting assistant from 2015-16. Prior to entering pro football, he also worked in the accounting sector, spending parts of 2014 and 2015 with EY (formerly Ernst & Young).
Caprio played quarterback at William & Mary from 2009-13, starting 12 of the 39 games in which he appeared for the Tribe. He threw for 2,201 career yards and 15 touchdowns. He also earned four consecutive CAA Academic All-Conference Team honors from 2010-13 and was awarded the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award in 2013. He graduated with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in accounting and finance.
