Reece Fischer is the Head of Strategy & Analytics, overseeing the Commanders' business intelligence team. Reece supports overall strategy and data-driven decision making across all areas of the business.

Prior to joining the Commanders in 2026, Reece spent 11 years at the National Hockey League. In his role as Group Vice President, Strategy & Analytics, Reece led a multi-functional team that consulted directly with the 32 Clubs across ticketing, premium seating, and business intelligence. Reece's team also served as an internal business analytics hub within the League office supporting a variety of functions such as social/digital media and tentpole events.

Reece spent four years with Deloitte and also had a brief stint in college athletics. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
