Seenu Tulluri enters his 21st season in the NFL and sixth season with Washington as the team's Director of Football Solutions.
In this role, Tulluri leads the Football Solutions team in designing, developing, and maintaining a suite of internal football applications that power key decision-making across the organization. His team works closely with football executives, scouts, and coaches to streamline workflows and ensure timely access to data and tools that support roster building, evaluation, and gameday operations. The Football Solutions team also partners with the Football R&D department to integrate research-driven insights into day-to-day football processes.
Prior to joining Washington, Tulluri spent 14 seasons with the Carolina Panthers (2006–2020), where he oversaw the development of internal systems used by front office personnel, pro and college scouts, coaches, and athletic trainers.
He holds a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from UNC Charlotte.
