- Washington held Kansas City scoreless in the first quarter. It is the first time since Week 10 of last season that the Chiefs have been held scoreless in the first quarter.
- Washington recorded two interceptions in the first half for first time since Week 7 of the 2024 season against the Carolina Panthers.
- Washington intercepted Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes twice in the first half. It was the first time Mahomes has been picked twice in a first half since Week 4, 2023. It was also the first time in Mahomes' career he has been picked off in his first two drives of a game.
- Washington had zero first half penalties for the first time since Week 4 of the 2024 season.
- Washington allowed the fewest points in a half this season since allowing three in the first half of the Week 1 game against the New York Giants.
- Washington held Kansas City to seven points in the first half. It is the second-fewest points the Chiefs have scored in the first half of a game this season. It is the fewest points they have scored in the first half of a game at home since Week 16 of the 2023 season.

Offense
- QB Marcus Mariota completed 21-of-30 passes for 230 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. He added eight rushes for 28 yards on the ground.
- Mariota had 155 passing yards in the first half. It is the most passing yards in a first half by Mariota since Week 3, 2022.
- TE John Bates recorded one reception for 22 yards, which is his longest reception since Week 2, 2023.
- TE Zach Ertz totaled four receptions for 16 yards.
- Ertz recorded his 800th reception and has become the sixth tight end in NFL history with 800 career receptions. He joins Tony Gonzalez, Jason Witten, Travis Kelce, Antonio Gates and Shannon Sharpe.
- WR Terry McLaurin had three receptions for 54 yards and one touchdown.
- McLaurin recorded his first touchdown reception of the season and his first touchdown reception of the regular season since Week 18 of the 2024 season.
- McLaurin (6,582) has passed WR Art Monk (6,550) for the most receiving yards in a player's first seven seasons in franchise history.
- RB Jeremy McNichols recorded one carry for four yards along with five receptions for 64 yards. McNichols' 64 receiving yards led the team.
- McNichols' 24-yard reception was his longest reception since Week 5, 2021.
- McNichols has reached 12 receptions this season which has surpassed his reception total for last season (9).
- TE Ben Sinnott recorded one reception for 22 yards. The second quarter reception was the longest of his career.
Defense
- CB Marshon Lattimore had one interception and one pass defended.
- Lattimore recorded his first interception since Week 1 of the 2023 season. It was Mahomes' third interception of the season.
- DE Jacob Martin recorded 2.0 sacks and three quarterback hits. Martin has now reached 3.5 sacks this season which has surpassed his sack total for last season (3.0).
- Martin also set a new single game career-high with 2.0 sacks.
- S Quan Martin led the team with 14 total tackles, a new single game career-high.
- S Jeremy Reaves totaled six tackles, including two tackles for loss. It was his first career game with multiple tackles for loss.
- LB Bobby Wagner had 10 total tackles, one interception and one pass defended.
- Wagner's interception was his first since Week 16, 2022.
