Dustin Regan enters his second season with Washington after working for BLESTO Scouting since 2012. Regan served most recently as the Executive Director (2017-2024) of the subscription scouting service which traditionally spends most of their efforts scouting sophomores and juniors in college.
Regan joined BLESTO Scouting in 2012 as a College Scouting Coordinator and held that role for five years. He was promoted to the role of Executive Director in 2017.
Previously, he spent a year as a Pro Personnel Intern with the Eagles during the 2011 season where he assisted the front office and personnel department on a variety of tasks.
From 2008-11, Regan served as a volunteer Defensive Quality Control Coach for his alma materKrom the University of Miami. Regan would assist the Hurricanes for three seasons, with the team earning a birth in a bowl game all three seasons.
A Pittsburgh, Pa. native, Regan graduated from The University of Miami with a B.A. in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
Regan is married to his wife Katie and the couple has one daughter, Sutton.
