Dylan Riordan is entering his first season as a Football R&D Assistant after spending the 2024 season as a Football R&D Intern. Prior to joining the Commanders, Dylan worked for the Federal Reserve (2022-2024), working in the Division of Financial Stability.

Riordan graduated from the University of Texas in 2022, with degrees in Economics and Psychology, with a certificate in Applied Statistical Modeling.
