We work across all departments to create effective solutions for our partners' businesses and ultimately drive revenue for the organization. It is so rewarding to manage this team, who brings creativity and strategic thinking to our partners day to day, rooted in insights and measurement."

What inspires you to come to work each day?

"I'm inspired by my teammates across the organization, who bring an incredible expertise in their field to the game. I appreciate that we all have a common desire to be industry leaders across the NFL and work tirelessly to be the best at what we do."

What's a work-related accomplishment that you're really proud of?

"Aside from joining the W.I.N. leadership team, I am proud of the Partnerships group that we have established and the exciting future that we are collectively building as a team. Through times of change and restructures, our team has been resilient in their ability to show up and crush it each day. And it's showing through positive partner feedback and wins!"

What motivated you to want to join the WIN leadership team?

"I am truly inspired by the intelligent and strong women in this organization. Since beginning my career, I have always been an advocate for women succeeding in the sport and entertainment industry. W.I.N. gives me the opportunity to bring my voice to a larger stage within the organization and provide a platform for others to be heard. My hope is that we build an environment where we are referenced as leaders in the industry and provide growth opportunities for the women around us."

What is a current, past or future W.I.N. project or initiative that has excited you?

"I am so excited to launch this season of W.I.N. and implement committees as an avenue for participation beyond tentpole events. I am eager to get to know each W.I.N. member and develop a culture rooted in leadership and advocacy."

What type of impact are you looking to have with W.I.N.?

"In line with the values, mission, and purpose of W.I.N., my goal for this ERG is to create an environment for women and allies within the organization to learn and grow in their careers, feel supported throughout their experience at the Commanders, and positively impact the lives of others around them. It's an honor to be part of this group!"
